Each issue contains a single article, and is available in multiple formats and encodings. [.html] denotes the HTML format. This is the default, but is recommended only for interactive reading on a computer (on- or off-line). [.ps] denotes the Postscript format, which is recommended for printing of hardcopy. For more information on the other options provided below, please see the detailed description of Electronic Formats and Encodings used with TCR.
Note that all formats include mutually consistent section and paragraph numbering. Please do not use page numbers when citing material in TCR articles--page numbers may not exist, or may be mutually incompatible between different formats; use the section or paragraph numbers instead.
