The Annual Conference on the Philosophy of Sir
It is our policy that papers are published first in our peer-reviewed journal, The Critical Rationalist . In previous years many people from all over the world have asked for copies of papers presented at the Conference, but we were unable to satisfy this demand. Partly to solve this problem, it was made a condition of speaking at the Conference that the paper is published in TCR. Apart from offering a ready forum for critical commentary on the papers, they can be read by people anywhere on the planet--even by those who cannot get to a library or whose libraries are state-censored. It is one of the aims of Karl Popper Forums to make science and philosophy more accessible to all, especially those who may not have the luxury of being able to use major libraries. The papers will be available in a number of formats, including PDF (portable document format) & HTML . PDF meets academic printing standards similar to those of paper journals, with scalable fonts, mathematical characters etc. You will be able to download them directly from The Karl Popper Web, and print them out for the ease and attractiveness of properly formatted printed reference.
